Michigan Coalition for Advanced Manufacturing (M-CAM) developed Registered Apprenticeship programs in which employers provide paid, on-the-job training. The coalition involves eight colleges, more than 393 employers, and the public workforce system, which collaboratively build seamless pathways to credentials with labor market value and jobs in Michigan’s manufacturing sector.
