Northeast PA Community College Consortium (NPCCC) for Integrated Learning, known as Pennsylvania’s Advanced Training and Hiring (PATH) program designed a community of practice for strategic employer engagement (SEE). With over 56 resources and tools, the PATH’s SEE CoP includes items such as best practice research, use of data and LMI platforms, and templates for developing or enhancing employer engagement.
